Weekend break

We had a fantastic weekend break, wonderful accommodation and a great location - highly recommended Must: visit the bakery in Orford, pricey but well worth it. Will be buying online 😊

Out of it in Orford.

Just what we wanted and needed. A short relaxing break for a couple of nights after a busy and stressful few months. Perfect views across the marshes to the distant sea. Choice of coastal walks or touring the Suffolk countryside.

Totally recommended - a gem of a hideaway

Perfect location in a truly beautiful town. Excellent quality of cleanliness, good bed and well equipped small kitchen. Access to a lovely garden including a hideaway looking over the estuary. Great bakery and restaurants, oysters superb. Easy to drive to lots of beautiful places - and covered parking. Minor issue was the not terribly comfortable Ikea chairs - space is limited but seating could be better to match the quality of everything else. Will look to return as this is a magic spot.

Shallow end was perfect for our stay, small but perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable, the shower very good and the kitchen had everything we needed. The peace was wonderful with a great garden and views from the look out sublime.
