Beautiful clean and welcoming room. The bed and sheets were so soft. We did not have any shampoo or body wash in the shower so used the free bar of soap that was by the sink. The breakfast was subpar but other than that it was a great stay.

My not so positives: Breakfast food looked processed, especially the eggs so a bit of a negative. Rooms looked a bit outdated especially the linen. The things I appreciate: Excellent exercise equipment & pool amenities, and rooms were clean. Area around hotel has a high number of places to shop and restaurants.

I was a complete disappointment! I have never stayed in Home2 hotels before and this will be the first and last time. Here are the reasons : 1-The room heater did not heat the room, when I told this to the official, he said that the technical team would come the next day, but no one came and looked! That night we stayed in the cold of January 2-There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, I told the staff in the morning, it was empty again on the 2nd day and they couldn't do anything! It is very strange that they find customers with this service concept!

The hotel is right next to a dog kennel so you could hear her barking all hours of the day. It also looks out on to what looks like a homeless encampment— which isn’t its fault but nonetheless depressing. My king-size mattress seem to sag in the middle. However, the room was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. My experience at the front desk was not the best, as the receptionist charged my card twice instead of once for incidentals. I had to bring this up the day after checking in for it to be reversed.

The room was nice. Accomodations were changed at check in due to over booking, but it worked out. The hotel was short towels in general, and the pool door lock was malfunctioning whole stay. Breakfast on the 1st was really busy, where some of the food options didn't stay stocked at breakfast. It was extra busy tho. Staff was nice, and overall would recommend and stay again.
