Pineview Escape Generous Comfort for Families

This contemporary stay is designed for comfort and ease, situated just moments from the Marina and a few minutes drive from Shellharbour Village as well as Killalea Reserve. After a day spent exploring the sights, multiple living spaces over two light-filled levels provide ample space to relax and entertain, with a generous kitchen where you can cook up a feast to enjoy on the patio. Central air-conditioning, laundry facilities and two dedicated workspaces make this your home away from home.
'Pineview Escape' is an ideal stay for families or groups, featuring a sprawling layout over two levels including an expansive kitchen, dining and living areas downstairs and a second living area upstairs, plus a furnished patio overlooking a large, grassy backyard.

Downstairs, the main living area is complete with a sofa and two cosy armchairs to settle in with a movie, while central air-conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. A large, modern kitchen has all you need to cook meals, with an eight-seater dining table to share meals at plus casual seating at the breakfast bar. A nearby sitting area offers a post-dinner spot to relax, while upstairs, a second living area provides more cosy seating and a TV as well as access to a peaceful balcony where you can sip your morning cuppa.

Five spacious bedrooms sleep nine guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms including queen beds, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each offering a king single (plus single floor trundle bed in bedroom 4). All bedrooms except the fifth are located upstairs, with the primary and fifth bedrooms including dedicated workspaces. The primary ensuite and main bathroom each include a shower, bathtub and some complimentary toiletries to help refresh after a day at the beach.

Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, off-street parking for three cars (one in garage, two in driveway), free street parking 24/7, and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

The Links golf course is a few minutes’ drive, as is Shell Cove Marina, offering a picturesque spot to enjoy a morning coffee and a stroll or to take in the sunset. The Waterfront Tavern is a popular spot for dinner and live music, while other local attractions include Kiama Blowhole, Minnamurra Rainforest, Jamberoo Action Park, and Killalea State Park.
