For how expensive this place is, they could, at the very least, offer a free breakfast. That’s my only complaint. I paid way too much for that room.

Overall the stay property, staff, facilities were good. One of the elevators wasn’t working, but signs were posted with other options such as service elevator location. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Key not working, phone in room won’t connect to front desk, no linens for uncomfortable sofa bed, sandpaper towels, frigid AC that won’t turn off, had to climb five flights of stairs since both elevators weren’t working, one elevator finally accessible but extremely slow, possible mold near fan, cold and bland breakfast. If you have other choices, consider them.

The hotel was great overall clean nice employees however we drove a long way and chose this establishment due to the pool and the pool was green also the hot tub… staff was clueless we did report it but could not explain it to our 6 year old granddaughter

The room floor was soft, the fan that is supposed to blow the ac air into the living area and sofa bed did not work making people sleeping miserable, toilet didn’t flush, staff were not friendly or accommodating, the hot tub was yelliwish/green and smelled like urine. Doors would not shut or lock.

Great for the price. 1 of the elevators wasn’t working & with it being a busy weekend, we had to wait quite a while for a ride up or down. I believe it was fixed on the last day.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I loved the fact that the hotel uses Dove bath products as I normally have to use mine from home as I have very sensitive skin. Staff members both at check in and out were very friendly and helpful.
