Our idyllic holiday home "Magnolia" is centrally located in East Friesland, in the middle of the well-developed cycle path network of our peninsula, about 5 km south of the district town of Wittmund and near two large forest areas. Up to the North Sea and to the unique natural spectacle "national park Lower Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage", it is from here about 15 minutes by car. On the North Sea you can enjoy on your wonderful excursions by bike or by car the North Sea baths: the North Sea resort of Carolinensiel, which belongs to the city of Wittmund, the North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel and Bensersiel and many other beautiful Sielorte on the North Sea dike. Leerhafe is a relatively large village with a very good infrastructure. The traditional bakery is within easy walking distance. In the village all important services (supermarket, financial institutions, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, traditional restaurant, tea room) can be reached in five to ten minutes walk. The holiday house "Magnolia" is surrounded by a 970 m² plot in a quiet location on the edge of the old village center with some old farms and views of the green pastures of East Frisia. The stylish, very high-quality equipped and lovingly designed and furnished house is surrounded by a park-like garden with an extensive magnolia and rhododendron collection and botanical rarities. The rooms of the house itself are partly furnished with antiques and furniture painted by a painter. In the house, the colors turquoise, red and gold dominate. Here you will find cozy peace, here you can dangle your soul and be inspired.
