Location was perfect lots of pubs and restaurants. However if it was not for these the trip would have been a total disaster. Firstly on the web page it says book in from 1130 yet when you get to the place you can not book in until 1500 not good when you have spent many hours travelling. When you get there the hotel is spread over 3 locations so you don't have a clue where you're going.when you finally the place is a tip. Electric sockets hanging off the walls tiny worn out double bed. Closest you come to a sea view is a picture on the wall of a plate of fruit der mer! The main door is left wide open all night for anyone to enter. Outside of the building is a big poster stating rooms in the hotel are 63 euros a night and yet via Hotels.com we are charged 83 euros plus tax how does that work total rip off avoid at all costs. However on a positive the Normandy restaurant across the street has the best seafood we have ever tasted and to be honest book in their and avoid this hotel.
Starting with the positives.
1. It’s 10/15mins from Calais.
2. It’s close to the beach and restaurants but they all closed at 9pm on a Saturday night.
3. My daughter liked the bedroom in the loft.
4. Lovely old wardrobe.
5. Lots of towels
The Hotel is split into three different locations, the one we stayed in wasn’t great but building had character with access through stairs and corridors. We were contacted by someone who sent instructions a few days before advising they would send a code so we could get into our room however, we never got a code and the doors are key locks! On arrival we walked to the main reception located in another hotel and my daughter used the phone which was fun as it was an old dial ring phone and she’s only ever used digital phones. The phone was engaged, eventually someone from the bar came and attended to us and walked us back to the hotel and to our room. At this point there wasn’t much else positive to say. The door was unlocked with the key laid on the bed attached to a key ring made from 6” brass tube so taking the key out wasn’t very discreet. The room, was very very dated with no matching furniture which looked like it had been there since the 1900’s. The shower head was broken and only tepid water flowing, the cubicle leaked badly and no hand soap in the bathroom. No tea/coffee making facilities and no information on how to connect to the WiFi or departure process so we left the key on the bed. In my view it wasn’t worth the price we paid.

Large bedroom and bathroom with hair drier but no tea or coffee making facilities and no kettle. N look lift to first floor. Rather dated decorations throughout but otherwise convenient and quiet. Good reasonably priced food at restaurant Charlemagne. Good breakfast but a bit pricey
This is very small
Town experiences, amazing breakfast and amazing services

Don’t use
DO NOT USE this hotel. We booked for 3 nights only staying for one. We arrived to find the door wide open and at reception to find no one there just a sign to say please ring this number I am upstairs, they weren’t, we rang about half a dozen times before we got an answer we were told to go to room 9 the key is on the bed. Our room had not been secured so god know who had been in before. Tried to call the manger again which again took time to ask him to come to reception to be told he could not as he was working elsewhere. They also booked us in for breakfast which we didn’t ask for and when we tried to get a refund they said no. I would never recommend this place and we travel back and forth to Spain and stayed in a F1 hotel and I thought that was bad.
Nobody was there, a phone was waiting for the client to call which was his room, no explanation about anything, no wifi available although the promise was otherwise. Not an experience to be repeated.

Ended up not staying as there was a disagreement over paying.
We waited for an hour and a half in stifling heat to get in the property. Earlier we had been told it would be open from 3 p.m. There was no-one at reception, we had to ring, then text the proprietor. Eventually we were sent a different address to the hotel. We did not know where the address was. Eventually a very nice young man toldd us where the street was. The room was open, with the key on the bed. We stayed the night and left early the next morning for the channel tunnel. We never met the proprietor or any 'hotel' staff. The room we had was not well decorated.

Clean and close to village so perfect for what we wanted
Stayed at the hotel for one night before ferry home. Room was pleasant - small but recently refurbished (yes the toilet was oddly situated but it hardly matters!). Check in was brief but functional. Wissant is a nice seaside town with a decent selection of bars and eateries, worth a visit.

Quirky rooms, all individual, accessed via a steep staircase.
The restaurant has a good, mainly fish-based menu, but as there are not too many tables, booking is essential. Be careful, as the latest booking time is 8pm, even at weekends!

Ontbijt was in een ander gebouw super onduidelijk waar het was. Trap verlichting deed het alleen als je van buiten kwam,en niet vanuit je kamer ( zeer onveilig)
