Welcome to our home - Dogwood Dream. Our family has enjoyed happy times here and we hope you'll create wonderful memories too. You'll enjoy the wooded surroundings overlooking the 9th fairway for your wine, golf, or family weekend. Located just a short walk from Spring Brook's restaurant, bar, entertainment, and pools.
The main floor welcomes you with an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Enjoy comfortable living space with a TV and a gas fireplace to warm the soul. The well-appointed kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation, with seating for 10 in the dining area. You'll find a large master suite with King Bed and private bath featuring an extra long soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. A Queen bedroom is down the hall with a separate full bath.
The finished lower level features another living area with Smart TV - login to your Netflix account and stream movies! A wet bar, extra refrigerator and ping pong area make for great fun! Down the hall you'll find a large King bedroom with TV. Finally, an extra-large bedroom with two queen beds and TV rounds out the sleeping options in this home.
While accommodations are for up to 10, you won't need to coordinate showers - the on-demand water heater allows showers to occur in tandem without hot water interruptions.
Outside, you'll enjoy a patio with comfortable seating and umbrella for shade. Whether you're craving s' mores or some heat on a spring or fall day, you can cozy up to the outdoor fire pit with ample paved area for chairs. A charcoal grill is also provided. Finally, our eco-friendly grounds don't require mowing or watering - you may see some interesting birds enjoying the surrounding little blue stem tall grass!
