The cleanliness needed work. Tub was dirty, stains on most linens and some towels, the hallway floor was gross and there was an overall unpleasant smell to the facility.

Vacation Hote Review

We came on vacation with our 2 children, the outside of the hotel looks a little out dated but the inside was clean. We had a double queen bed on the 2nd floor and it was excellent everything was practically brand new in the room. I was kind of nervous reading the reviews i was going to cancel but im glad i didn't. The hotel is convenient its minutes away from Mt. Olympus, Duck Boats etc.

The room smelled musty, the TV was glitchy and never recovered, and we didn’t receive any trash or towel service in the four days we stayed. I wouldn’t want them to change the sheets but trash service is pretty basic. The breakfast was very limited with yogurt being the only protein option. There wasn’t even peanut butter. Days inn are usually nicer than this.

Shampoo and hand soap by sink empty. Someone else's hair all over in the bathroom. Coffee on wall above waste can and something on the wall in bathroom that I don't want to know. Supposed to be Continental breakfast. Toaster didn't work, waffle maker not working, no eggs, bacon, sausage, juice or fruit at 7:30 am. They had mini muffins though lol. Very disappointed. Will not be booking a room through them again.

The room size was the great. We had this huge room with 3 full beds and a sofa bed & 1.5 baths. Perfect for our group of 6. The room looked new at first but then the half bath was half done.The sink & tub were clogged. The fridge was broke and had to be replaced. The hall way smelled of mildew and kids were running in the halls late at night. I guess that is what you get for a 2 star hotel.

The shower in my room was clogged. The door from a big wardrobe they had was broken. Not my favorite but it did the job for the one night we stayed and it was the cheapest.

Not much bad to say about this location other than the bed was quite old. Room was nice, was not woken up by other room noise, good water pressure and wifi, the pool was a great value add and the room had a micro/fridge/coffee pantry which is always great. Note also great location, can walk into Dells main strip from the hotel and have a good day. Update the beds and this place will be 5 stars.
