Liked how close it was to crystal grand. Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Liked how there was shampoo/conditioner in the shower... Maybe add a bodywash also. Was surprised that we were being charged an extra service fee, when we checked in.

We picked this place due to it's location to a venue and the price. Rooms have been updated nicely. Only surprise was a $9.95 service fee they added when we got there. Not sure if this was be cause we booked through Expedia or if they do it to all reservations. Breakfast choices were okay, not great.

You get what you pay for

Stayed for two nights, chose this hotel for its proximity to the concert venue ( its within walking distance). The price was right, but everything else was lacking. The breakfast was bad, the only good thing was the cereal. The water pressure in the bathroom was lacking and we ran out of shampoo. Room itself was dingy and not cleaned properly. Happy meal box left under the dresser from a previous guest was tucked under the t.v stand, juice wrapper under the sink, and to top it all off pink mold in the shower in 3 different locations.... you've been warned.

Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff was a nice young man very kind to us and also they gave us a coupon book for discounted prices on activities around Wisconsin Dells. The housekeeping guy was also very nice to us. The only issue I had with this hotel was it was not clean. We were on the 1st floor. We found hair on our beds and the bathtub had a film probably caused by soap & oils but it wasn’t cleaned well. If you bring small children I suggest you carry a beddings specifically for them (I always do when I travel with my babies). My friend was on the 2nd floor with her children and it smelt musty and cigarette smell from a far (it says it’s a non smoking property). They have a microwave and good size fridge which was an added plus. You have to order food off the property and have it delivered so no room service. Otherwise it was an okay stay. Would I go back? Probably no.

This is a great, reasonably priced place to stay while traveling. It’s quiet, very clean and the staff is welcoming. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was fine with the addition of Raisin Bran which is not usually included. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to the management for providing such a pleasant experience.

The property is recently renovated; rooms are in good condition. Breakfast was just ok (not much selection and the waffles tasted like the batter had soured; unfortunately that was one of the only hot food choices). The building is set up as 2 floors of single long hallways. Our room was basically in the middle so it was a little walk either way. The hallways smelled very strongly like mothballs which was off-putting but fortunately the room did not smell that way.
