Room was not very comfortable. Not enough lighting and humid. Only one chair in the room. Front desk charged my cedit card in error multiple times. They said they credited it back but I still have no proof from my bank.

Very nice place to stay if you need somewhere to sleep. The doors were a little hard to open after scanning your key, but other than that it was excellent

Good hotel with comfortable beds. We loved the bathroom set up with the shower and toilet separate from the sink. The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast.

Updated room, good location, upsell not needed

The location was good and the room was updated. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was very warm. The only concern was upon checking in, being asked to attend a "presentation" at another resort to look at their new condos. Seemed very inappropriate as if I had wanted to stay at the other resort I would have. Also, I thought that waterpark tickets were included with a 2+ night stay and nobody said anything to us about those when we checked in or anytime during our stay. We had already purchased tickets to a waterpark online and then saw this on a card in the room. If this is a perk for staying there, it should be shared with guests upon check-in.

The balcony was nice! The view from the balcony in the woods was relaxing. Staff probably doesn’t check the balcony too often and it needed to be cleaned from birds and swept. We couldn’t sit outside because of this.

Rooms were adequate, Dove products were provided, pool was a nice temp (not too cold!), and hot tub was nice and toasty. Basketball hoops in the pool need new nets. Lots of dining, shopping, and activities in the area. Breakfast is included with your stay. Overall good experience.

They need to update the room the tile in shower is broken big hole in wall. The shower handle fell off the wall while showering. The toilet seat is so old the paint is chipped off. The pillows are falling apart in the zipper bag they are old. The blankets on the bed are very thin.
