First even though they told me the waterpark was included, at they front desk they informed me I needed to pay the fee resort separately from what they say the booking for two nights were going to cost. That ruined my plans for the vacations. Second, the breakfast was poor, crowded and the place designed for that, was extremely little. We sat at the table near the door (the only one available) and we were freezing because everytime some one came in or went out all the cold came from outside. Thirdly, there was no soap at the room and instead of refilling the bottles, they gave us soap bars, also when we ask for new towels, they told us we needed to bring the dirty towels to the front desk in order to get new ones. Poor service and inconvenient.

The room itself was generally okay, without any complaints, but the service and breakfast left much to be desired. This is the first time I've encountered a situation where none of the rooms were ready before check-in time. I understand that check-in starts at 4 pm, but I can't believe that not a single room was ready before 4 pm. When I asked if my room was ready, I immediately received a "no" answer, but the girl didn't even look at the computer or ask for my name; the answer was simply "no" from the start. The breakfast was terrible; everything was cold, the eggs were cold, and when I tried to make bagels, the dough stuck to the machine. I do not recommend this hotel; it's better to stay somewhere else nearby.

My only "complaint" is that we were bombarded right away in the lobby by employees wanting to show us some condo's that I assume are time shares. Otherwise we had a great experience.

The whirlpool and pool heater broke. Had to go to another hotel to swim or use the hot tub do i spentvover $200 to watch movies in my hotel room. Audrey eas extremely nice but the young white girl atvthe front desk when we checked out on the 27th was just making excuses for the horrible breakfasts food., the non working hot tub and pool and non of the excersize equipment worked. The french toast on the 26th was as hard as a rock and the eggs and saud were ice
