Right on the river with a beautiful lawn area. All rooms have a view of the river. Property is a little older but very clean and less than .5 mi to town. Easy walk. Dog friendly. Our unit had a little fridge and microwave. Will stay again!

I enjoyed the friendliness of the hosts, cleanliness of the room, quiet atmosphere, and lovely stream on the backside of the property. The host was very responsive to a power outage early the first day of our stay, and all else was fine.

Highly Recommend

We were in town for a Thanksgiving weekend youth hockey tournament and we couldn’t have picked a better home base than the River Run Inn. Penny and her sidekick Coffee were delightful and made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. The location was perfect… Just a few steps removed from the more crowded downtown lodges with a wide lawn leading right to the river…which was somehow even more charming in the cold and snow. The town of Winthrop also charmed us well beyond our expectations. We will be back!
