Not fancy but….was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very nice pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast. The grounds were very pretty with picnic areas and trail to the river.

The hotel looked so good online but its definitely not as amazing in person. The door handle/lock to our room was not working properly and you had to shake it rather hard to open it, the bathroom door was very hard and loud to open because it was scraping cross the tile floor.

Located right on the outside of Winthrop and on the river, this was a good option if you’re staying to explore for the weekend. Love how they have dog friendly rooms. The AC kept running throughout the night which was nice as well. Pool and hot tub can get busy during the summer season, so you might not get a chance to use it. Breakfast was nothing to brag home about but check in and out was seamless.

With a name like Abbey Creek - thought it would be next to water. No real view. But - good comfortable place to stay to access trails east of Northern Cascades. Had hot breakfast options which is appreciated.

The area is walkable and staff are friendly. I rate it three stars because I saw a giant dead cockroach with wings lying down the ground near to my room outside. I saw it at the first evening when I opening the room door and I saw it again next morning when I stepped out of my room. It makes me feel terrible.

Very Dirty

The food was fine but the room was dirty… hair in my bed, a drug pill on the floor next to the bed, under the beds are nasty.. garbage, pills, dust, hair… etc… the cabinet had a bunch of dust on it as well. Could tell it hadn’t been dusted in a long time.
