With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 19 guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Originally built in 1968, this mountain sanctuary has been expertly renovated, featuring high-end finishes and distinctive artistic details that are unique to this property. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a main floor that includes a custom storage area for your outdoor equipment, facilitating easy access for your adventures.
The main level living space boasts custom plank flooring, ample room for relaxation while taking in the mountain vistas, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to this area, a large dining table can seat up to 14 guests, allowing you to savor meals while enjoying views of the Continental Divide. The kitchen is generously sized, equipped with every appliance, abundant countertop space, custom cabinetry, a pantry, and a kitchen island. It also provides access to a half bathroom and a large deck featuring a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor dining, as well as a private hot tub with views for relaxation in the mountain air.
The main level also features three bedrooms and bathrooms, providing a delightful and restful night's sleep after a day filled with various local activities. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom conveniently located adjacent to the main living area. The second and third bedrooms are situated along the hallway leading from the main kitchen area. The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal space for children. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin day bed positioned by the main window, suitable for children or a single occupant.
