The primary level of this beautifully decorated space showcases a modern aesthetic enhanced by high-end furnishings, soaring ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace paired with a flat-screen HDTV, and a cozy private deck. The open-concept layout features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious kitchen island that seats four at the breakfast bar. It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. Snow removal activities will take place between 10am and 4pm. Should WPSM personnel knock on the door, you are advised to request proper identification before granting them access to the roof.
