The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that features two vanity sinks and a combined tub and shower.
Guests can easily access the complimentary town shuttle stop located just a short distance from the condominium, as well as conveniently walk to the clubhouse amenities available on the premises.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
