The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. There are also two extra sleeping spaces available on the sofa sleeper in the living area. A second full bathroom is situated in the main hallway. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
Guests have the option to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service offered by the town, with stops conveniently located just a few steps from the unit. Alternatively, they may opt for a short walk to the main clubhouse.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
