Whether you are visiting for skiing or to enjoy the delightful summer climate, our location is unparalleled. We are merely a short walk from downtown Winter Park and roughly two miles from the Winter Park Resort.
This second-floor condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing all the necessary amenities, including a private deck that offers views of the Winter Park Resort. The living area allows easy access to the deck, where you can relax and appreciate the scenery, as well as enjoy the gas fireplace and flat-screen television. Furthermore, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this space for any additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, microwave, and seating for two at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area can accommodate six people and is connected to the main living area. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a television. Another full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.
The condominium is situated in building number 6 within the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is located nearby.
