The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, tiled countertops, and wooden cabinetry, facilitating effortless meal preparation. It is important to note that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a fireplace, and a full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are also furnished with queen beds. The fourth bedroom contains two twin beds, while the living area features a sofa sleeper, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably in this unit.
A complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle, which has a stop in close proximity to the building, requiring only a brief two minute walk to reach the main clubhouse. Located a short distance from the shuttle, guests are merely minutes away from winter activities such as skiing and snowboarding. During the summer months, this rental offers convenient access to downtown Winter Park and Main Street, where most festivals and events take place. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
