No Free Breakfast

There was no free breakfast. Told only Holiday Inn Express' have Free buffet breakfast. Have stayed in over 100 Holiday Inns within the past 5 yrs. They wanted $11.99 for the breakfast/ said No Thanks.

Wonderful place to stay in Winter Haven!

I always enjoy the customer service at this hotel! Veronica was the front desk associate when I arrived and she is always so pleasant and helpful. Stayed only two nights this time for a work trip, but the hotel is quiet and clean, and I enjoy having the ability to have dinner in the restaurant downstairs so I don’t have to go anywhere. Overall, just a great place to stay!
