We had a very nice stay at the renovated cottage. The host, Gustavo, was very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions about the property. The best feature was that the house was in a great location. It is very convenient to downtown Winter Garden and to our family that lives there. The house itself was spacious and offered a brand new kitchen and baths which we liked. A few things that would have made our stay more enjoyable are having: some bedside table lamps and in living room as well because ceiling lights alone were very bright and a closet in the master bedroom and rugs or curtains in the living room/kitchen to absorb the sound. All wood floors are nice but created lots of echo. Lastly, when using the showers, the water never got comfortably hot, only warm. A binder with information about the house that also included instructions on how to adjust the water temperature-which we finally found on the bedroom wall, would have been very helpful.
