As wonderful as the cleaning staff were, the rooms were terribly musty. We couldn't air out the smell. Maybe removing the rugs and installing flooring would help omit that odor.

Linens were not clean. A pillow was on the bed with a big yellow stain on the pillowcase. It was disgusting! The room had patio doors but no patio, just about a one foot ledge. What is the purpose of the patio door then? The ledge was more of a hazard than anything. Neighboring guests sat in their room with their entrance door open… multiple people inside until the wee hours of the morning. Complimentary breakfast ended way too early. Could have at least gone until 11:00 am. Attached bar closed at 11:00 pm. Way too soon.

A great place to stay would highly recommend it. Staff all very helpful and accommodating to any needs you might have during your stay. The bar and grill has amazing food with staff that are outstanding.

Great check in. Very accommodating to put our 2 rooms next to each other. Hot tub was hot and when mentioning to the maintenance he said 102 is correct. Everyone of us there including a group of 8 said the same thing we did! Was too hot.

One of the children tried using the hairdryer and it started on fire. The room filled up with smoke and the fire alarm didn't go off. We left within 3 hours of being here. My family does not feel safe in this hotel.

The breakfast was good. The room wasn't very clean. The room was very damp feeling and made our clothes feel damp. Had to ask for more towels. The hallways, gathering places and the breakfast room were very hot.
