Loud angry drunks swearing people in the hall late at night. Yelling and banging on doors and walls. Lady passed out sleeping on the floor by the elevator in the morning. Very concerning situation and made us feel uncomfortable and saddened at the situation. I will find a different hotel next time we fly out of Wpg. Also the front desk completely ignored us upon checking in. Not friendly at all.

My son and I chose to stay at this hotel mainly for the pool and hot tub. The pool is fun and entertaining for kids because of the waterslides. It was very disappointing when we showed up right at 8am (when it opens) to a filthy, foamy hot tub. The surrounding tile just above the water was covered with brown slime. I was shocked since I figured they would have noticed this while cleaning in the morning. There were 3 workers standing only a few feet away from me when I was about to get in. I told them about the problem.. they stood there for a while and then put up chairs with caution tape.

The pool ended up being closed, main reason we booked here kids wanted to stay at this hotel. The phone in the room, cannot be connected to dial out not even to front desk. Kept having to use my phone to call front desk regarding any questions.
