Found a hotel room

The place was not private. The owner was in the second bedroom. There was no blanket on the bed. It was minus 15 degrees Celsius outside. It’s Winnipeg!!! There were air freshener plug-ins in every room. It reeked chemical perfume. Why were they necessary? Mattress was grossly soiled.
