Great place to stay, staff is responsive and helpful. Two places to eat right next door (Denny's and Chip's Steak House). Great place to stay and very close to the airport. Great job!!

The property and staff was good. The only issue i had was how hot our room got number 254 during are 2 night stay. The room was equipped with A/C but it couldnt bring the temperature down from 28°degrees. We had a 2 year old with us who was getting heat rash on his face from being in the hot room. We had to go buy fans to move air around to help cool everyone down. The hallway was significantly cooler than the room. We would fill the ice bucket with ice and put i front of the fan to push cool air and within 15-20 minutes it was water. They need to look into updating A/C units. The issue was brought to staffs attention on Saturday morning but no one had any suggestions for us on how it could be handled. We again mentioned at checkout and got a 30$ food voucher...lol

Pool area was not clean. No towels, asked front desk to bring some to pool area and they never came. Water lookes dirty and area around the pool was dirty. Check in was great. I arrived way early and they got me into a room by 1pm. Room was spacious and nice.

Personally the pool does not match the photos on the website, it wasn’t clean the day we day we stayed. A/C was on and off all night so it was warm in the room the whole night. Staff were okay, but overall wasn’t anywhere I’d rush to come back and stay.

Enjoyed our stay, comfortable bed. Clean. Loved the little sitting couch - super cute and comfy. Only downfall for me was the pillows were all too high. I used two towels as I prefer a flat pillow. Staff were great, friendly. The pool was unavailable during our stay but the kids were pretty beat from day tour anyway.
