Stayed 2 nights while waiting for Jets Round 1, Game 7 playoff! What a game!! The hotel is downtown, walkable for most destinations in the area. Breakfast was a bit limited as the 1st morning the food seemed to run out. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing walking directions. Parking is super convenient and cheap for downtown hotel!

This little gem of a hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff, room, and property were all excellent - well-maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. I chose it because it was near a more expensive hotel where I was attending a conference, and it turned out to be a fantastic find. The location was perfect: affordable, convenient, and within walking distance of everything I needed, including The Forks Market and the Human Rights Museum. The included hot breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and it varied from day to day, which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was good,staff was good and also location. Price was ok but morning breakfast was not good and it was one of the main reasons we booked there and excepted the room costs. We would go back if local to the reason for our visit but cost must be better or an improvement of the breakfast
