It was a satisfactory stay. My only (minor) complaints are that there were a bunch of young kids running around the halls and slamming doors pretty late. I spoke to an adult who was with them myself. That and the bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close properly. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good. No complaints there. Check in and check out were easy.

Losing its appeal

Very noisy. Certainly not good if you are flying out or returning from flights. Long term live-in people staying in hotel so it doesn’t feel inviting or like a retreat away from home. I’ve stayed her at least 40 nights in the past 3 years and it’s just going downhill fast. Probably won’t be staying again unless new owners or major refreshments.

In the pool it seemed like it was hard to breath like a heavy amount of chlorine was used. Other than the pool issue the hotel is great.

Very friendly employees. Was a bit noisy from the airplanes but that was expected. Close by dining but we did Door Dash and that was an excellent option. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked clean and well looked after. we stayed 3 nights and I would recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to see a concert or hockey game. $20.00 for a cab to the Canada Life center.
