We did not receive the room we booked. The thermostat in the room did not function. The heater under the window has to be turned on with switch on the plug and not the control panel. This heaters' thermostat also was faulty, when turned on the heater ran at maximum output until unplugged. The toilet had issues with running constantly. The occupants on the floor above us were extremely noisy most of the night between slamming doors, moving furniture, and jumping on the floors. We were not impressed. The staff were friendly and attempted to help, but seemed overworked.

The cleanliness was not ideal when we arrived in the hotel room and our room was only half cleaned the second day of our stay (only one bed was made, towels were not refreshed, etc.) Breakfast items were stale. Overall felt like a very low quality hotel.
