Handicap parking near the reception door in the garage, Two elevators, The bath room was equipped with good hand bars and the shower had a moveable seat. When we came back to our room in the evening, we were hearing three alarm beeps every four minutes. I called the desk person and he didn't know what might be causing the beeping, but he offered to give us another room. We declined and my husband disconnected the microwave and the beeping stopped. Something to remember.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Windsor. The hotel is in a great location—close to Healdsburg and many fantastic wineries, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. It’s a great value for the area, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting Sonoma wine country.

Good location, friendly staff, nice amenities. Stayed for an overnight business trip. Bed is comfy and linens soft and clean. Fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast is served in the morning and room service (am only) is nice. If I find myself in healdsburg again, will stay here again.

This location was better than I expected. Staff were pleasant, room matched advertised pictures, room was clean with modern decor, free parking, and I enjoyed the room amenities. I would definitely stay here again when coming to this area.

We Loved everything until our phones didn’t charge come morning due to both outlets /USBs not working and the shower was plugged. Had above ankle water by the end of one shower, husband didn’t take a shower because of this issue. One other minor issue is wished breakfast had more variety.

My door was open when I was checking in and I realize there's a crock where the lock is so the door could just be pushed open so it's very unsafe I didn't feel safe staying there and that room and they were already fully booked for the evening. Also the room is very dirty smelled like cigarettes and had stains on the sheets, The bathroom was dirty as well. The tv didn't work either.

Convenient for overnight in wine country.

Very convenient and reasonably priced for an overnight in wine country. Comfortable. Rooms on the Highway side are noisy from traffic.
