Good location and view of water and US cross border - walking trail along waterfront. Bathroom was generous in size but no hot water in bath and the tub needs replacing or new ceramic coating to cover the rust.

Disappointing Experience – Not a 4-Star Hotel

We arrived to find the hotel staff on strike, which we were not informed of in advance. One of the striking workers approached us to say that rooms were not being cleaned due to the strike. When we checked in and voiced our concerns, the front desk staff told us the workers had the right to say what they wanted. We were also told that all guests had been contacted beforehand about the strike—this was not true in our case. There was an unexpected $19/day parking fee that was not mentioned anywhere during booking. The room itself was not properly cleaned: it hadn’t been vacuumed, and we found debris under the desk and near the window. The shower wasn’t working, and we had to call maintenance to replace the showerhead just to get water running. As a former Windsor resident, I can confidently say this did not reflect the quality or service of a 4-star hotel. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend staying here.

Honestly I was quite disappointed, no air conditioning at all. Called for towels and never received them. There was garbage in the cans from the people before us. Was not a nice hotel at all.
