Excellent location and great views from the room. The bed was comforrable.The room could have used another chair. It would be better if parking was included and a discount on the breakfast. Also Best Western points should be given regardless how you book your stay.

My husband and I stayed here in July 2025 for a weekend. It was close to the casino and there is also an indoor Waterpark within walking distance. It’s also walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

This place has changed, not for the good.

I have been tonthis hotel many times (albeit not since covid) and the changes they've made is not good. The staff are on strike (understandably) and it shows. Inwony come back.

The view from our room was spectacular and everything was perfect. The only issue was that there was not parking available at the hotel as described. We had to park across the street and were told the fee would be the same. It was pretty inconvenient and we were glad we didn’t have much luggage. Also when we left the next morning the fee for parking was actually more.
