Amazing stay. Couldn't have wished for better. Excellent location, breakfast was great, absolutely spotlessly clean, a absolute credit to the owners. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Russell and Julie are great! Very helpful and great with recommendations. Wonderful breakfasts provided by Julie, and very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful location in the Lakes District with much to see and do!!

Great Location Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay and from start to finish the hosts were extremely friendly and informative. We had a great room on the ground floor at the front and was able to park our car just outside the room on the road at the front of the property with a space saved for us by the host, who moved his car to give us the space. We were messaged by the hosts for our approximate ETA but be wary if you have an I phone as I did not get the message until I disconnected from the car. Location was great and just a short walk down the hill into the centre of Bowness. Breakfast was excellent with quality ingredients and cooked to order in a very relaxed environment.

great location near the Windermere royalty cinema, and mamy restaurants and sites within a mile walk.. comfortable bed, friendly hosts. room 8 has a small refrigerator. wifi worked well.

Perfect stay

I travelled up to Windermere for a family event so I only stayed one night. Everything went extremely well. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was just what i wanted and I couldnt fault the service.

Lovely guest house!, great location very close to walking routes and to the restaurants in Bowness. The rooms very clean and nicely decorated, the owners were very welcoming and made great breakfast!
