Very happy customers

The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful, despite the fact it was a busy Saturday night, she was warm and cheerful, an absolute delight. The room was spacious and well appointed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Have stayed here many times because we love the area. Bathroom is needing an upgrade, dirty and curtains are shabby. Beds are clean and comfortable, hot drink facilities are good and excellent access to Costa and McDonald’s.

The hotel is in particularly bad order. The rooms were very noisy. Most disappointing was there was no hot water, not even warm.

Truthfully it was excellent value for money, both checkin and room service staff were greet. I ended up booking an extra night and used it as a base for travel as close to motorway with no noise. Well done yo the staff once again.

It’s good enough for a work night out but the room I stayed in was dated and hard worked. Had a filled hole in the wall next to the bed which hasn’t even been painted. The mind boggles as to how it happened. :D Overall Okay!
