Nearby attractions include Tims Ford Marina, Holiday Marina, Jack Daniels Distillery, and many hiking trails.

Main floor includes main floor master suite with private bathroom, guest bedroom with Jack and Jill bath, half bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Outdoor areas include front porch and outdoor sitting area with propane grill. Propane is provided.
