This adorable cottage is perfect for families, girl’s weekends, couples or anyone looking for a Hill Country getaway with all of the charm. Relax in the swinging chairs on the large covered porch, roast marshmallows around the campfire or listen to records while cooking up breakfast with some of our farm fresh eggs!n the spacious bedroom, there is a king sized bed, twin daybed with trundle, dresser and a smart tv with a DVD player. There is a large closet/dressing area with a vanity and make-up light, with plenty of room for clothing storage. The living room has a small futon, a love seat, small chair and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. The dining nook has a small table with seating for 4 and a hutch. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, a gas stove, microwave, full size fridge and coffee pot. We always provide coffee and fixin's, a few staple condiments and homemade cookies. The bathroom has a stand up shower and we stock you with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, TP and linens. In the small fenced in backyard you will find seating for two, swinging chairs on the covered front porch and a picnic table, small charcoal grill and private fire pit in the front yard area. This cottage is pet friendly and we will provide a food & water bowl, dog blankets, and some treats for your pups.
