Nasty hotel

I ended up booking at a different hotel due to the conditions at this establishment. Now i am unable to get a refund because the front desk said that i didnt request one in which i did not want one because there was no way i was even going to stay there.

I ended up not staying. Hotel seem to have a lot of homeless people staying there...not conducive for someone who is travelling. The room was really small and smelled musty like someone had been smoking prior to my arrival.

Room was on ground floor. I could hear everything going on in the area. I tried to switch rooms but manager was not easy to deal with. There was a roach on the shower curtain. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a reservation booked for Feb 14 and the hotel cancelled my reservation without notice. The room was pre-paid and they are denied my refund request. Emailed management and no response. This is a corrupt and scam operation preying on those booking through third party companies. Buyer beware

Booked this property for my son because his son was in the hospital in Wilmington...checked in around 10 pm they had NO running water and didnt offer any compensation... also had roaches in the room. I would never recommend this place.
