We stayed here for a family wedding at the Brooklyn Arts Center. The house was perfect for us and our small dog. It has a wonderful private courtyard area that we would have used much more if we had time and weather was not rainy. We did use the grill one evening. The bed mattresses are very comfortable and the house is equipped well. The decor is charming. I would certainly book it again.

I spent a wonderful time in Wilmington at Marley’s Manor. The location was perfect for visiting the downtown area, the Saturday farmers market, and it was even a short walk to the German restaurant… Prost.The house provided all the necessary amenities, everything was clean, and the backyard was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway; it is a great base for exploring Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, which are both within a 30 to 40 minute drive.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Marley Manor. The house has a great layout, is beautifully decorated, peaceful and very clean, neat and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The private back yard area with charcoal grill is very nice, perfect place to hang out. Loved having a garage to park in. The kitchen is nice, maybe could add some bigger pots to boil pasta and another frying pan. The lights in the house (kitchen and dining area) are very bright, could use some dimmers on some. Proximity to downtown was very convenient. Erica was great to deal with, super responsive. My only concern is the neighborhood, as others mentioned, otherwise the perfect house to stay in Wilmington!

Easy to find, clear instructions. Well stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds, a nice back patio. Very accessible location to Market street.There was hair in the shower drain and mold on the shower door trim (main bathroom), which was surprising since the house looks like it has been recently renovated. The water pressure from the shower head is also too high, the water hits the body hard.

Our host was always available to respond to our questions. The home was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. We stayed for a month and having a washer and dryer was important to us. The location of the house allowed us to walk to the historic center to shop and go to various restaurants. We looked for places that allowed us to bring our dogs and this home was very accommodating.

Great house in a poor neighborhood

The house was very nice, in general it was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was my only concern. Loud planes going overhead and neighborhood homes were not well kept. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Wilmington Family Beach Trip

This was the first time my fiancés brother got to meet our 1 year old baby:) and the first time we had met his brothers wife! It had been a couple of years since they live in NC and we live and Texas, and this house was the best home base for our visit! Beautiful property, very clean, and extremely well stacked with essentials, felt right at home!

Impressive Place

Marley Manor is one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve stayed in. The backyard is extremely private, well lit, and has nice really nice artificial turf. The interior is thoughtfully decorated and has all you will need. Great TVs! You can tell there was lots of love and care put into the decor of this place.
