Several things like the window shade were broken and the hotel didn’t repair them during the stay. Expedia consistently gets the worst room on a property like this: a room with some broken amenities and the view of the parking lot.

The property is nicely located on the Riverwalk. The staffing is low. Front desk always on phone or with a line waiting. Nice bar area but no bartenders or wait staff.

It was in a great location with the walkable riverfront. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. I gave the staff/service only 3 stars because on Saturday(1st full day there), we asked the housekeeper on the way out the door to refill the soap in the shower and it wasn't done. We also asked the front desk staff to have someone unlock the safe because it wasn't. That evening on the way out to dinner, we asked the front desk again to unlock the safe, refill the soap, the coffee, and that we also found that the phone in the room wasn't working when we tried to call down to them. They apologized, told us we would get free breakfast the next morning. When we got back in to our room that night, nothing was done. We just gave up as we were leaving the next morning. Didn't even stay for the free breakfast.
