Stayed two nights and didn’t clean our room. Had to go to the front desk for clean towels. Should have complimentary coffee for guests; this is a great perk that all hotels have except this one.

The hotel itself is really nice and had great service! Good location in the sense that it's only a 10 min drive into downtown Wilmington and right off the highway. Just an overall comfortable stay.
