Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything southern Ohio and our quiet farmhouse has to offer. This darling, completely renovated house is situated on a grass runway (2B6) which is a public /privately grass field. Runway is 3200'x80' and with well maintained grass. Small planes may be tied out at the house or request a hangar rental (additional). It’s quiet with minimal activity
The house is located on Cherrybend Pheasant Farm, a pheasant hunting preserve in operation since 1954. Guests may schedule to pheasant hunt from Oct.1-Mar.31st. Summer activities include sporting clays and wobble station.
We are 10 miles from the World Equestrian Center. One hour from Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

Great place to stay! The first night was late when we got in and we were worried about it being a bit futher away from the WEC, but once it was daytime it doesn't seem to much further from the Holiday Inn we stayed at last year. Quiet place with lots of room.
Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2025
