Staff seemed overworked and poorly managed. Polite, professional, kind, but clearly lacking the management support for proper levels of holiday business. Breakfast was tasty but poorly managed for correct staffing level. Room HVAC was outdated and difficult to control. Door to bath was charming but lacked privacy needed when three guests were in the room. Guest amenities for sale had lots of room and limited selections. No Room seemed pricey for a what felt like a three star.
