Very cute studio condo. Perfect for one person. Quiet spot and comfy bed. Good communication with owner. Decorated nicely. Could use more kitchen items for making basic breakfast like a spatula, toaster, and baking sheet to heat up items.

Our stay was great! Bridger & Tim were very responsive and detailed in their communication. The space was clean, bright and spacious. We brought our dog with us. It is very walkable to many restaurants and the water way, about 1.5 mile walk to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again!

A phenomenal trip! The location was perfect and accessible to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach favorite spots. Even though the condo is located at a busy intersection, we didn’t get any noise from traffic, walkers, or restaurant-goers across the street. The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable throughout. The host was extremely attentive, communicative, and accommodating and anticipated our needs and made sure we had a pleasant stay. I’ve already recommended the stay to some friends and this would be my first option if traveling back to Wilmington!

Outside Door Not Secure

It was obvious that the preexisting chain lock and deadbolt to the outside door of the unit had been removed and been replace with only one lock, this unit didn't seem safe for a single traveler, the owner insisted on arguing with me about the saftey of the city, I am not from a city but a small town in Maine. He was rude, refused to refund any money and belittled my concerns. I would not recommend this host to anyone ever.
