Staff are great. The bed sheets were old and worn with pilling and holes. They ran out of breakfast food blaming a work crew who were staying there. There is dog poop ALL around the building. While this falls on pet owners not cleaning up after their pets, the hotel should enforce this and hire someone to clean it up.

Couldn't get a key to work on the door...went through 6 keys to find one that finally opened the door and than the front deck lady took it with her and said the battery must be going dead and walk away. The room was clean but the beds were small not advertised as a full! The pool area was dark half the lights were out and the hot tub was down...bathroom was out of toliet paper.

The entire staff was very friendly, but after I checked out, I was overcharged a bunch of charges that were not familiar. I called and asked about it and they said there was an issue and they would work on it. Never any credit, so I disputed my CC. It was denied, so not going to stay there again.

The dressers in room looked like they came from a very bad garage sale. Broken and torn up. The bathroom door looked like an animal had been inside of it and scratch the crap out of it. It didn’t even close correctly.. The hallway smell like somebody was smoking pot in it all the time. The staff was very nice and courteous.
There was only one light in the pool area. It was very dark and I would say unsafe.
