I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, which was overwhelming and unpleasant. To make matters worse, there were stains everywhere, making it feel unclean and unhygienic. The towels provided were not clean, and the pool was out of service. I would strongly advise against staying here; it’s a terrible place that needs serious improvements.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. I can accept old facilities if they are well maintained but this hotel is not. The elevator floor is covered with a torn piece of carpet - probably to hide a worse condition underneath. After one ride up, I used the stairs. The free breakfast is meager. Cold doughnut holes pulled from the fridge, dried cereal. The staff at check in was going through on-the-job-training so I had to wait. The room was OK in cleanliness but showing lots of wear and tear.

The room was smoky. I was told I reserved a smoking room. That was not on my reservation. The room was in poor repair wallpaper peeling and holes in the walls. It was cheap and close to the highway.

Booked online and had to wait twenty minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to give us our keys. The walls were literally peeling away in the bathroom and the cigarette smoke was drifting through the walls.

As an emergency stay when my car broke down, the hotel was just fine. Clean room, hot water, soft bed. The property is in dire need of refurbishment, however. The breakfast was truly horrible (stale donuts, toast and cereal). Wonderful staff, and I got a good night's sleep. Owners, maybe put a little more into the place.

The dirtiest place with nice employees

The room was soooo dirty. And because I prepaid and they don’t accept refunds, I went to Walmart and bought lots of bleach and cleaning supplies. I bleach everything bleachable, including the walls. Every wall. From top to bottom. Gross nicotine and God knows what else started dripping down the wall. I sanitized every surface, including the beds/bedding and carpet. I cleaned the air filter that was never cleaned before, EVER. However, the staff was very nice and they were helpful and willing to help in any way. Oh… and the TVs don’t work.
