Nature loves and peace and quiet. It’s a quiet location you can get away or stay for the night on your way to the shore or to Philly (close to both) I have water running to it and electricity a tv. It’s a simple area and if you need anything I can try to accommodate it. Comfy bed and a futon couch. Come get away
