Fire alarm malfunctioned and kept sounding off and on from 11pm to around 1am during one of our nights we stayed. Other than that, we had no issues. Friendly staff.

Comfy and Clean

Our stay was great! As soon as we walked into the hotel it smelled nice and looked very clean. I knew right away we were going to have a great stay. Our room had a lot of space (double queen suite), and made it very comfortable for our family to fit without feeling cramped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. Overall had an excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is Clean, Breakfast terrible. Understaffed.

Hotel was clean as was our room. Breakfast was terrible, no daily variety, same items all 3 days. 2nd morning looked, tasted like the previous mornings. The OJ was brownish orange. Wife told the lady who was running all over the place trying to do everything & while we were there never flagged or changed the juicer. Wife ended up telling other customers not to use it get in from that machine. Totally understaffed for a weekend full of customers.

Found blood on the comforter of one bed and hair on the bathroom sink. Pink mold in the shower. Breakfast was okay. For the price we paid, I expected things to be better.

Friendly and welcoming staff. I felt safe in the area with my family. It was super close to the Ark Encounter and not too far from the Creation museum. Room was comfortable and clean. The kids had fun in the pool. Morning breakfast was good and we had a place to sit. Great hotel, would reccomend.

Good wasn’t very good for breakfast. Would like to see paper cups used for drinks instead of plastic. The speed bump going into the parking lot is rough and doesn’t seem necessary. Close to Walmart if you need anything

The rooms were nice & clean. We stayed 3 nights & housekeeping never came. The night before we leave I asked for towels again & the lady told me you have to request it at check in. The lady that did the check in never mentioned it. The last 2 nights there were people jumping & running in the room above us. The second night we called the front desk & she said she would talk to them. An hour later we called again & she asked if they were still bothering us. There is a sign saying please respect our quiet time but they never said anything to the people about being noisy.
