The breakfast was very inclusive and there was plenty to choose from. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice sitting area. It as great to return after a full day and be able to relax almost like at home. Everything was fresh and very clean. Staff was great and very helpful.

Nice stay except front desk clerk when checking out kept saying my credit card was declining and I had to use it though wallet. Felt like she didn’t process correctly and made me feel like it was my Credit card when it was not. Overall great stay, enjoyed the breakfast.

We had a problem with some very noisy neighbors, no fault of the hotel, and Sierra helped us move rooms without an issue. She was so kind, understanding and got us moved within moments. New room was just as nice and very quiet! Very good breakfast included in stay, a lot of variety. Fresh biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, sausage links, waffles, cereal, drinks and decent coffee! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean and convenient area.

Checkin was easy and front desk person was very nice, room was clean. However, the room was either freezing or stuffy feeling. Couldn't get AC temp to regulate, nobody told us that if you flip the switch by the door that will disable your bathroom light switch. It's the middle of the night and can't figure why we have no lights in the bathroom. Breakfast was buffet was empty, and way too crowded with people standing there waiting. I like Comfort Inn, but this location was not my best experience. The staff was very nice!

We stayed here in order to attend the Ark Experience which was only 4-5 minutes away. The hotel was perfect location - and if we needed anything - Walmart was close by. We drove in from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg as part of our vacation itinerary and this was a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. When we walked in there is such a delightful smell! The only thing that I would suggest is more handles in the shower. The one place near the shower head is not enough. Thank you!

My 9-year-old gives it two thumbs up!

My husband and my youngest son wanted to go on a trip to go see the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. It was pretty last minute booking the hotel. I actually booked that morning. Everything was super easy. My son is 9 and he could not stop raving about the hotel. He said that everyone was so nice everything was clean. My husband was happy that the air conditioning was really good and the beds were soft and comfortable. I was happy that it was affordable. And it was about 6 miles away from where they needed to go. There was another hotel that was closer but about $120 more per night. They were very happy with their stay and if we ever go again we will stay there. When my husband took a nap after walking all day, my son texted me on his phone with all of these pictures and told me that the TV worked great and he was watching Looney Tunes. They both said that it was quiet and clean.

First hotel I've been in that didn't smell like it had been closed up for a long time. No mildew smell at all!! Lobby, elevator, halls and rooms were all very clean! The only thing I would change is the curtains. They are blackout(which I prefer) but they only closed a little on each side. I would have liked them to close completely. This will be my go to place as I am in this area every couple of weeks.
