Very Bad Experience

Room smelled. Plug ins in the wall. TV didn't work. Bed looked messy and looked as someone had laid in it. Dirty and much needed maintenance and repairs. No management help and claimed they couldn't move us.

We had a large family so we rented 2 rooms & my family ended up having to leave because their room was dirty they pulled back the covers and the bed was filthy they ended up going to the hotel Nextdoor I had young children with me and they were tired and cranky so we stayed flies everywhere my bed had wet blankets still on it! I pulled the covers back and there was a dirty shirt under the bed was filthy it was a all around terrible time I was down at the desk ove and over they took 70$ off one night and came back to clean the next day and didn’t even touch under the bed bc the same trash was there! Just filthy and gross! The people were nice and the breakfast was okay but hard to get comfy and relax after all that doesn’t look anything like the pics not even a elevator lol don’t waste ur time or money

A bit cheaper but you get what you pay for.

We arrived at 10:30 pm to check in, check in was seamless. We get to our room and pulled back the covers on the bed to find dirt, actual pieces of dirt in one of the beds as well as under the pillows. There was a pill and miscellaneous trash under the bed. I went down and spoke with the front desk staff . She informed me that another person would be coming in at 11:00 and she could come up and change the bedding. Our family were staying in the room next to ours , they found a shirt in their bed, a wallet under the bed and the bathtub had hair in it. Needless to say we left and found another hotel to stay in.

Go somewhere else

My friend and i both woke up in pain from the lack of mattress support. The shower curtain had blood on it. Breakfast didnt start till 7 so kinda useless since being up since 4am from being in pain. Shampoo and soap dint lather up well
