Great location, room not stocked, refrigerator did not work, had to keep my father’s insulin on ice. Notified front desk after check in on Tuesday, no one came to the room to check on refrigerator. Other than that, great location.

Not clean spots on covers paint chips pool not clean ! Asked for room service but rooms were never completely cleaned and I can tell we went to the beach and asked for room service and when they came to clean there was still sand in tub ! Found bugs in room and also near the dinning area we’re good was served

Great find

We did a quick 2 night stay to enjoy time for birthdays at Busch gardens and we found a great priced hotel that offered a clean environment and nice little breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable also next to lots of shopping and dinning. I would say they need to get some air circulating in the pool area because it’s so hot and muggy in there from no air flow it’s hard to stay long but other than that great stay!

Everything was great...very little parking right at the hotel if you are late coming in. Hotel is very clean and presentable. Morning breakfast is good but busy! Would highly recommend this for stays in this area.

The room was dirty, the floor turned the bottom of my socks black. The paint was peeling off of the walls. The room was damp the entire stay, it made the bedding and everything in my room damp. The bathroom sink had no hot water. And the tub was peeling paint as well. The breakfast that was offered was decent, however the coffee runs out after only a few patrons.

The bathroom shower was nasty. The towels and wash cloths were dirty. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed on either end because of the curvature of the shower rod.

We like the convenience to restaurants and things we may have needed to get too like a walmart. The breakfast was the same every day and we were there 4 days so we only had breakfast once

Disgusting

The room was absolutely disgusting, the bathroom tub was leaking, had mold, was clearly painted with wall paint that was peeling, there was a horrible smell to the room and the bathroom had a coating of spray paint everywhere. The room was humid and I found a long blonde hair on my pajamas (not mine, I have dark hair) the next morning. Overall, disgusting and I would not stay again.
