On arrival only a King and foldout soda available, unable to cancel. Given sheets, pillow and blanket. Went to room to find sofa bed still had old sheets etc on it from previous occupants and a used condom. Pathetic! Will never stay with Holiday Inn Express again. Thanks for ruining our family trip.

A Rare Occasion Where Value Meets Quality

Front desk manager was welcoming, my room was pristine, and was surprised to find a card placed to celebrate my special day! Breakfast buffet has plentiful options--beating out some higher end hotels.

The first room we were assigned wasn't clean. I went down to the front desk and was assigned another room. After that small issue, everything was great. Staff was kind and pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast—hot, fresh, and had a decent variety. The hotel was clean and quiet, and everything worked as it should. Nothing overly fancy, but it got the job done. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
