Our double queen room was very clean well maintained and beds were comfortable. TV reception/ streaming was fair and shelved towel placement being low under the sink could be a challenge for seniors.

The hot water on our floor was only like warm for our shows, we told the front desk but nothing was done, my sister was on the first floor and she had to run the water for 5 min to get it hot enough to shower

The property was well kept and everyone was so very nice. I would have given five stars but the first night we were there there was at least one family if not to that were rude and noisy children yelling down the hallways door, slamming, etc., and the parents apparently we're just as bad. I will say the hotel reacted immediately and sent someone up to our floor each time I sent a complaint (4 times). Children are going to be noisy because they are so excited, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

The morning breakfast was good. Other than that, it was below average in my opinion. The hotel is currently under renovation, and it appears that our room seemed half-way done. It was extremely sparse, and not the 'cozy' room depicted in the pictures. Other than 2 beds, a sofa, and a small round table with a single desk-style swivel chair, there was no furniture for a very large room - no dresser, desk, coffee table or comfy chair to sit in. I had to pull out the foldable suitcase rack to put the suitcase on. Also, the safe in the room was locked when we arrived, so it was unusable as well.

Hampton Inn review

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. This property is older and is starting to show its age. I understand the property is undergoing a renovation. Interior space was dark and dated looking. Guest room was clean but the public areas (Carpets) needed more attention. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare but a little on the limited side. The property was located a little off the beaten path. No opportunity to walk near the property. Had to drive to everything. With a little work and refreshening this could be a very nice property.

Worst sleep ever

I stay at most Hilton owned hotels and always had a great nice sleep. The beds and the pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. I ended up trying to sleep in the chair. The hand soap was empty on our first day there. Breakfast was very good. This definitely should not be a Hampton Inn. It’s more of a Budget Inn
