This is my third time at Greensprings and I enjoy more and more. The room was spotlessas always. It didn't hurt that we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms that included all new Samsung appliances. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful.

Rude staff dated and old maid staff enters rooms when your not there goes through personal belongings and steals. One person from the front desk staff will tell you one thing and another something completely different. This used to be a nice resort but not any longer
