Loved it!

It was excellent! Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and very spacious Both the indoor and outdoor pools were in a beautiful setting as well

The bed and linens were comfortable. The TV was a nice size. Front desk personnel were very helpful. One thing that I didn't like was the water quality. It seemed very hard compared to previous visits. I also don't like that you have started charging for parking since my last visit.

Room was in good shape! Ew—refillable toiletries

Check-in didn’t take too long despite only seeing one person at the front desk. Room was great—must’ve been redone recently. Parking was easy the entire time. Honestly, my only complaint is the refillable toiletries bottles that don’t have tamper-proof locks on them. Ewwww!

The location is excellent - close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The hotel itself is a bit worn - carpets and wallpaper need to be replaced. Also, I booked a balcony room with a view but the view turned out to be of the dumpster. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

It was a very short drive to Busch Gardens/Old Country amusement park, yet you would never have known a large amusement park was virtually next door
